Duncan Doings extra information for Duncan Reunion

General information
The canyon parks are watered and mowed at least once weekly. Your group may be asked to accommodate these activities.
In an area where tents are pitched, tents will need to be moved every two days to preserve the grass. Ample parking areas are available. Parking Vehicles, trailer, of motor homes on the grass in not acceptable.
The campground at Jolley’s Ranch is never included with a pavilion reservation. If you choose to camp there, you will pat the camping fee.
Arrival and Check out
Overnight use: Arrival time is always 11:00 am and check out time is 10:00am IF YOUR GROUP ARRIVES EARLY OR LEAVES LATE, THEY WILL BE CHARGES AN OVERUSE FEE OF UP TO $100.00 PER OCCURRENCE. Groups guilty of overuse May be denied reservations for a period of up to five years. If members of your group wish to camp prior to or after your reservations, they must do so in the campground at Jolley’s Ranch only.
Reservations and Usage
A pavilion reservation includes a pavilion and the area immediately around that pavilion for camping and parking. Restrooms are located near each pavilion but are not exclusive to that pavilion. Playgrounds and play fields are also located near pavilions but are not exclusive to any pavilion. Lights in pavilions come on and off with a timer. Electricity and drinking water is available at each pavilion. RV’S SHOULD NOT BE PLUGGED INTO PAVILIONS OR THE CIRCUITS WILL BE TRIPPED.
Responsibility
Fires can only be lit in designated areas. Damage beyond normal usage and vandalism will not be tolerated. The cost of repairing any damage or vandalism will be charged to your group through the person making and paying for the reservation including the possibility of court cost and a reasonable attorney’s fee.
Alcoholic Beverages
Springville City, Utah County and Utah State codes prohibit the consumption of alcohol while in a public park. If your group or members of your group plan to drink alcohol, we suggest that you do not reserve our pavilions. Persons consuming alcohol can be evicted from the canyon parks at any time.
RULES TO BE AWARE OF:
1. Obey check-in and check-out times.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
3. Keep all vehicles on the roads or parking areas.
4. Never park vehicles, trailers or RV’s on grass.
5. Dogs must be leashed, controlled and cleaned up after. (10 foot maximum leash).
6. Obey speed limits.
7. Fires only in designated areas.
8. Put trash in dumpsters.
9. No guns, bow and arrows, BB guns, slingshots or weapons of any kind.
10. No fireworks of any kind.
